Liability, changes, and how to contact the team

winningwithai.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If you have questions about these Terms of Service, please contact support@winningwithai.com.

What does a seat reservation entitle you to?

Attendance at the live evening you booked, the AI Business Readiness Checklist, the attendee software access and resources included with the event, and the money-back guarantee claimed in the room before you leave.

It does not include travel, parking, or accommodation, and it does not move to another person or another date automatically. Support can tell you what is possible for your specific booking, which is faster than working it out from this page.

What is expected of attendees in the room?

Ordinary conduct: arrive on time, let other people ask their questions, and do not record the session. Other attendees are describing their own businesses out loud, which is the reason recording is not permitted rather than a formality.

Winning With AI may refuse or end attendance where conduct disrupts the room. That has to be written somewhere, and this is the page it belongs on.

Questions about the Winning With AI terms

What am I agreeing to when I reserve a seat?

To the terms set out on this page, which cover the seat you buy, the material provided with it, and how the site may be used. In practical terms the seat entitles you to attend the live evening you booked, receive the resources included with it, and use the money-back guarantee on the night.

Can I transfer my seat to somebody else?

Ask through the support page rather than assuming either answer. Registrations are tied to the person who booked so the room list is accurate, and support can tell you what is possible for your specific date before it is too late to arrange.

What happens if a seminar date or venue changes?

You are told, using the contact details on your registration, and the city page for that city is updated to match. The city page is always the source of truth for venue, date, and start time, so it is worth checking it in the days before the evening.

Can I record the seminar?

No. The room is a live teaching session, and other attendees are asking questions about their own businesses in it. Bring something to take notes with. What you are meant to leave with is the skill rather than a recording of somebody performing it.

Who do I contact about a question these terms do not answer?

Use the support page. It reaches the people who can look up a registration, a charge, or a date, which is faster than working out from the terms whether a specific situation is covered.
